• STEP 1: Meet with client to discuss investment proposition, find out what they are looking for and decide on a budget
• STEP 2: Property One search the market for a suitable property based on clients needs
• STEP 3: Once found, Property One discuss the property with the client and agree upon a negotiation strategy
• STEP 4: Once agreed, Property One liaise with solicitors, agent, client and mortgage provider to ensure the property proceeds to completion.
• STEP 5: Once the property has completed it is handed to our lettings department.
• (If, for any reason, the transaction fails to complete we return to step 2 with no charge made)

Our Acquisitions Service is designed to assist those who wish to invest in the property market, but lack the time or experience to do so alone.

We will source a suitable property that we know through our experience will rent quickly and appreciate in value, then negotiate for it on your behalf. Because we search for property full time, this will always give us an advantage over other investors who have to juggle investing in property with other time commitments.

As agents know that our clients are committed, reliable buyers, they will tip us off about suitable properties coming on to the market. They will also often take a lower offer from our client in preference to the highest offer, because they know that the chance of completion is better. In essence this allows us to in many cases source property cheaper and quicker than the average buyer.
