• STEP 7: Property One organise any repairs after checking with landlord
• STEP 8: Property One carry out quarterly checks on property to ensure it is being looked after
• STEP 9: When the tenancy is up Property One check the property against inventory, make deductions from the deposit if necessary, advise if any work needs to be undertaken before re-letting then pass the property back to the letting department.

We offer a professional and comprehensive Residential Property Management service to our landlords to give them peace of mind that their property is in safe hands. Once your property has been let, you will be appointed a Property Manager who will be your point of contact during the term of the tenancy agreement, and who will advise you of our fee structure and the property management process. Your Property Manager will deal with any on going queries or issues that may arise and will use a common sense and practical approach to all matters.

In the event of a tenant informing us of a repair we will arrange all minor repairs with the landlord's permission, and we will ensure they are dealt with quickly and effectively.

We use local based companies who are carefully selected and vetted by us, and all charges will be carefully monitored and reviewed by us. As an added service, you will be invited to meet with your Property Manager on an annual basis for your in-depth Portfolio Review. This is a chance to sit down at the end of the year and go through the performance of each of your properties.
